What are your products made from?

All KQHAH Therapy body oils and butters are made with premium natural carrier oils (fractionated coconut oil, jojoba, sweet almond) and rich butters (shea, mango, cocoa). Fragrance oils are phthalate-free. Our candles use soy wax with cotton wicks.
How long do the body oils and butters last?

Body oils typically last 6–12 months when stored properly (cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight). Body butters have a similar shelf life. For best results, use within 12 months of purchase.
How do I apply body oil?

Apply to clean, slightly damp skin immediately after showering for best absorption. Massage gently in circular motions. A little goes a long way, start with a small amount and add more as needed.
What is the difference between body oil and body butter?

Body oils absorb more quickly and are ideal for everyday moisture and fragrance. Body butters are richer and thicker, great for very dry skin, elbows, knees, and overnight treatments.
How long does shipping take?

U.S. standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after your order is processed (1–2 business days). You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Can I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Opened items are generally non-returnable due to the personal care nature of our products. See our

Do you do custom fragrance orders?

Yes! We love custom orders. You can request a specific scent, size, or product combination. Submit your request through our
Custom Order page and we'll respond within 24–48 hours with details and pricing.
Are your fragrances inspired by designer scents?

Some of our fragrance names and profiles are inspired by popular designer scents. Our products are original handcrafted formulations and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any designer brand. All fragrances are created from scratch using premium fragrance oils.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and Cash App. PayPal also supports credit/debit cards through their secure checkout. We do not store any card details on our servers.
How do I track my order?
